Full card data is processed by Stripe, not stored by SimulatorBooking.

We process data to operate accounts, manage company workspaces, facilitate bookings, process payments, send operational emails, provide support, prevent fraud, secure the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, improve the product, and send permitted communications.

Legal bases may include contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligation, consent, and establishment or defence of legal claims.

Sharing

We may share relevant data with customers and training centers involved in a booking, Stripe, hosting and infrastructure providers, email providers, analytics providers where permitted, professional advisers, insurers, auditors, regulators, and authorities where legally required.

Customer identity may be limited before payment confirmation to protect the marketplace from bypass.

Retention

Account data is retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Transaction, invoice, payment, booking, and audit records may be retained for tax, accounting, compliance, dispute, and legal limitation periods.

No internet service is perfectly secure. We apply reasonable security controls and expect users to protect their credentials.

Where GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar laws apply, legal bases may include contract performance for account creation, authentication, booking administration, payment workflows, support, and platform delivery.

Legitimate interests may apply to platform improvement, fraud prevention, abuse detection, security monitoring, B2B marketing to existing contacts where permitted, service analytics, dispute handling, and enforcement. Identity, contact, company, billing, transaction, booking, crew, training, technical, usage, security, support, payment-status, Stripe identifier, invoice, proof-of-payment, certificate, message, notification, and audit data may be processed depending on how the platform is used.

Company and billing data may include legal company name, brand name, registered and billing address, tax identifiers, bank details, Stripe account identifiers, payout details, invoice details, billing contacts, and platform fee records.

Recipients and service providers

Personal data may be shared with customers and training centers involved in a booking, while customer identity may be limited before payment confirmation to protect the marketplace.

Data may also be shared with Stripe, hosting and infrastructure providers, email providers, analytics providers, support tools, professional advisers, insurers, auditors, regulators, aviation authorities, tax authorities, courts, law enforcement, and business transferees where legally permitted or required. SimulatorBooking does not sell personal data to data brokers.

Retention schedule

Active account data is generally retained while the account or company workspace remains active and for a reasonable period afterward. Booking, payment, invoice, tax, accounting, payout, refund, chargeback, platform-fee, release, and audit records may be retained for at least seven years or longer where required.

Messages, support communications, marketing preferences, suppression lists, legal records, and backups may be retained for periods appropriate to service quality, dispute resolution, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and disaster recovery.

Security, international transfers and complaints

SimulatorBooking uses reasonable technical and organizational measures such as encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions, logging, monitoring, secure development practices, vendor review, and administrative controls.

Data may be processed in the United States, EEA, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions. Where required, appropriate safeguards may include standard contractual clauses, vendor contractual commitments, technical safeguards, organizational controls, and transfer-risk assessments.

Children and age restrictions

The platform is intended for business users and aviation professionals and is not directed to children. Users must not create an account or provide personal data if they are under the age required to use the platform under applicable law.
